Guided Fit Mama takes pre and post natal fitness very seriously. We understand that navigating fitness as a mom can come with various challenges and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. There is a gap in true prenatal/postnatal care and our goal is to close it. We teach you how to safely exercise during pregnancy and how to safely approach fitness postpartum. Our postpartum programs are to promote healing, stabilization, and to build a solid foundation so you can take on any fitness routine when you're ready.
Behind the experience is education here at Guided Fit Mama. Your trainer, Zaria, is a certified personal trainer and a certified pre/postnatal exercise coach. She is capable of creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals no matter if you are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or even if you are not a mom and are just looking for a qualified trainer.
We understand that adapting to your new routine may take some time whether you are a first time mom, adding a new edition, or simply starting a new fitness journey. Here at Guided Fitness, we are dedicated to help guide you through your journey and being there for you every step of the way.
